My Books and Articles
Over the years, I’ve written a few book reviews. I hope to write more. Until then, you can read my review of Martha Beck’s horrible book about her father (guess what I thought about it), my review of Boyd Petersen’s great book Hugh Nibley: A Consecrated Life, a review of Randall Bezanson’s book How Free Can the Press Be? and reviews of Mormonism on the Internet Iand II and III.

To read why Martha’s book is so horrible, go to the Neal A. Maxwell Institute. To understand why Peterson’s book on Nibley is such a treasure, go to the review archive of the Association for Mormon Letters. For my review of Bezanson’s study of the free press, you’ll have to find a copy of the Fall 2004 issue of Journalism & Mass Communication Quarterly.
